Hi David, tell us a little about yourself, what are you studying?

I’m doing a Masters of Science in Applied Mathematics and I’m working on my thesis at the moment.

What do you like about Writrs.com?

I like the fact that the statistics about my sales are available for me to check over. This is particularly useful when suggesting a sale price for a new essay. I can see from my past records how similar documents have performed and suggest a price accordingly. I can also modify it later if needs be.

How did you hear about Writrs.com?

I was doing some research and I came across an assignment on Writrs.com that I was interested in. So actually I started out by consulting a document. It turned out to be a great help, especially as the bibliography was really up-to-date and gave me lots of other sources to explore, then later I thought why not me? After four years in college I certainly have a pile of essays and assignments stocked on my laptop.

How many documents have you published with us?

I’ve published 22 documents and I’ve got another 3 or 4 pending. They are being reviewed by the reading committee at the moment. I try to add new ones as often as possible; it heightens my profile as an author to have one of my texts featured on Writrs.com home page on the list of recent publications. A lot of my assignments are quite specialized but being on the home page can also encourage people from other disciplines to discover a topic.

How much have you earned so far?

My earnings tend to vary. It took a while for things to take off. The first month I earned about €14.00. I like to spend a bit of time working on the summary of each new document so as to present my subject matter well. I think that has helped sales and now I can generally expect a minimum of about €30 each month. You build up a reputation for work well done and people check out your new documents as they arrive.

What else would you like to see on Writrs.com? Have you got any suggestions for us?

I think it would be a good idea to be able to subscribe to an email alert or news feed every time a particular author publishes a new title. Or to be able to subscribe to a category and get news feeds whenever documents treating a particular theme are published. .
